A huge amount of food served in restaurants goes to waste. What if that food could be put to use at a discount for future customers? The plan is simple: Serve food. Save the leftovers. Offer the leftovers to customers at half the price. Save those leftovers. Offer the leftovers to customers at half the price previous customers paid. Continue doing so until the leftovers are all gone and/or the cost of the plate is so low it can practically be given away.
